Privacy Policy
This page explains which personal data we collect through this website, why, who processes it and what your rights are. It applies to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for patients in the EU and EEA, the GDPR.

02 What we collect
When you use the contact form:
- First and last name
- Phone number with country code
- Email address
- Your message
- Preferred language
- How you reached the site (for example a search engine or Instagram)
With every form and WhatsApp or phone click we also record how you reached the site: the campaign tags of the link (UTM), the ad click ID, the previous site, the first page you opened, your browser language and your IP address, from which we derive an approximate city and country. WhatsApp messages started from the site end with a short code (for example RP-7K2QM) that links the chat to this information.
Please do not write health details in the form. If you choose to send photos or medical information, you can do so on WhatsApp or by email. This information is treated as health data and used only to assess your case.
We do not collect payment details or identity documents through this website.

03 Why we use it
- To answer your request and plan a consultation
- To arrange appointments, transfers and accommodation in Istanbul
- To send the follow-up messages you ask for
- To meet legal obligations under Turkish law
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

04 Who processes it
- The clinic’s own patient management system (CRM) stores form submissions and the photos sent with the online nose analysis. Photos are visible only to the clinic team.
- WhatsApp (Meta) is used only if you choose to write to us there.
- YouTube and Instagram video players load only when you press play on a video.
- The website is hosted by Hostinger.
- Google Analytics (Google) measures site use, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- The Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland) measures which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to an enquiry, only if you accept cookies.
Transfers outside Türkiye take place under KVKK Article 9 and, for EU and EEA patients, with the safeguards of GDPR Article 46.

05 Cookies
We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used. Its cookies (_ga, _ga_*, kept up to 2 years) are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then, Google receives only cookieless signals with no identifier. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
If you accept, the cookie rp_attr remembers for 60 days which ad or link brought you to the site, so that a later enquiry is credited to it. Without consent this is kept only while the tab is open.
If you accept, the Meta Pixel (cookies _fbp and _fbc, kept up to 90 days) tells Meta that a page was viewed and when a form is sent or a WhatsApp or phone link is clicked, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. It never receives your name, contact details, photos or answers about your nose. Without consent the pixel sends nothing that identifies you.
Strictly necessary storage keeps your cookie choice.
The video players set their own cookies when they load, as described above.

06 How long we keep it
Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Patient records are kept for the period required by Turkish health legislation. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time.

07 Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you can:
- Ask whether we process your data and get a copy
- Have incorrect data corrected
- Have your data deleted
- Object to processing or withdraw your consent
- Ask for your data in a portable format
- Complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local authority
